Where will I have the treatment?
Treatments are performed in a quiet and still room, in a seated position. Treatments can be performed through your clothing, if oils are not required. Soothing music is played to ensure you are comfortable & relaxed throughout the treatment.
It is important to wear a comfortable cotton top during the treatment & to
remove/switch off any distractions (i.e. mobile phones, televisions).

How many treatments will I need?
The benefits of Indian Head Massage can be felt immediately! You will feel both
invigorated & relaxed, calm & peaceful yet energised. Your body will continue to
re-energise & repair itself up to 48 hours after the treatment, so it is
important to listen to your body. Try to make sure you have the time to rest
after a treatment & let your body heal itself!
Regular sessions will multiply the beneficial effects of the massage but you can
have treatments as often as you want!

Are oils used during the treatment?
Oils are traditionally used to strengthen & moisturise the hair and should be
left in the hair for several hours, or preferably overnight. As this is not
always practical, I suggest starting with a basic Indian Head Massage and trying
oils at a later stage.
